New York, 10th January 2018 – The digital digital stutter therapy Speechagain wins the pitch of the German Startup Night of government-funded German Accelerator program and its price of USD 100,000 credit for Amazon Web Services.
The digital stutter therapy Speechagain wins this year’s Eugen Münch award for innovative healthcare in the category practical use which is endowed with 20,000 Euro. The startup convinced the 8-member jury made up of journalists, professors, doctors, experienced founders and board members and was able to head a field of 100 competitors.
Speechagain, a Berlin-based digital speech therapy start-up for stutter treatment, won the top honor #1 in the start-up competition at the HIMSS Vienna Digital Health conference. HIMSS, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, is the biggest digital health society in the world. Speechagain beat out 9 other finalist start-ups to take the crown.

Germany’s leading association of medical professionals has named The Hybrid Method, Speechagain’s treatment approach, as Germany’s leading evidence-based stutter therapy in its new national S3 guidelines.
